Tulsa Pride Logistics

We’re so excited you’ll be joining ACLU of Oklahoma for the 2026 Tulsa Pride Parade on Saturday, October 17th in downtown Tulsa. Here are the key details to help ensure a fun, safe, and smooth morning.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

ARRIVAL LOCATION
We will meet in the parking lot directly across from the Boston United Methodist Church. ACLU will have a red truck to lead us and several blue ACLU flags and banners. Our staff and participants will be wearing white t-shirts. If you have any trouble finding us, please text or call Emaure Mack at 405-881-9761.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive between 3:00-3:30 p.m. The parade kicks off promptly at 4:00 p.m.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

  • We’ll have ACLU shirts, water, and snacks available! However, we encourage you to bring your own water bottle, wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather. We’ll also have a truck available for anyone who, for any reason, isn’t able to walk the full route.
  • You’re welcome to bring your own signs, but please remember that no hate speech of any kind is allowed. We’ll also have ACLU signs available for you to carry.
  • Pets are welcome, but they are your responsibility. If you bring your pet, please keep them on a leash at all times.

PARKING AND ACCOMODATIONS

  • There are multiple parking lots around Boston Avenue United Methodist Church.
  • Shuttles will be available from 4th & Frankfort (outside the West Festival gates) to and from Boston Avenue United Methodist Church. Shuttles can take you back to the staging area after the parade disbands.
  • Boston Avenue United Methodist Church will be open for restroom use and access to water fountains — please respect their space!

PARADE ROUTE
I’ve attached a picture of the parade route, so you can see where we will begin and end the march. The staging area is at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church at 13th and Boston. The Parade travels from there, north on Boston AVE then east on 6th ST, then north on Madison AVE to disband. The march is just over one mile long.

PARADE AWARENESS
Please remember that anyone marching with the ACLU of Oklahoma is serving as a representative of our organization, and we have a strict non-engagement policy with protesters or anyone with an anti-ACLU message. This is for your safety. ACLU-OK staff will be present the entire time as well.

Registration is still open, and we would love for you to invite your friends and family to march with us!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and show up loud and proud for justice, equality, and community! 🏳️‍🌈
