OKLAHOMA CITY
– The American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma will hold a press conference at
10 AM on Monday, November 14, 2016, in the Oklahoma Oklahoma State Capitol Press Room
to announce its filing of a key motion in its open records lawsuit challenging Governor Fallin’s denial of two plaintiffs’ access to public records for over 900 days.
The Motion is being filed in Oklahoma County District Court and asks the Court to order the Governor to comply with the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Both Plaintiffs, A Perfect Cause and The Oklahoma Observer, will make statements, as will Brady Henderson, Legal Director of ACLU of Oklahoma.
