The internship program for the Communications Department of the ACLU of Oklahoma is open every semester. This department is responsible for promoting the ACLU’s mission, its brand and its programs through media, our website, and social media.

The ACLU of Oklahoma seeks a Legal Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the breadth of the ACLU’s work, to understand the issues facing Oklahomans, and to practice skills like legal research and writing and crafting litigation strategy.

The ACLU of Oklahoma seeks a Legal Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the breadth of the ACLU’s work, to understand the issues facing Oklahomans, and to practice skills like legal research and writing and crafting litigation strategy. This internship can be full- or part-time with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. It is a remote optional position based in Oklahoma City. It is open to all law students who will have completed their 1L year. Compensation for this position is $15 an hour for a maximum of 20 hours a week. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by February 3, 2025, but we will review applications on a rolling basis and may fill the position before then. We hope to hire two interns.
