Here are a few key details to help ensure a fun, safe, and smooth morning:

GROUP INFO
Our group is assigned to GROUP A — just look for the Group A signs, and you’ll find our team lined up there. We'll be near the intersection of NW 4th Street and Robert S. Kerr. Attached is the map explaining the corrals so you can find us on that day!

ARRIVAL TIME
ACLU-OK staff will arrive at 9:45 a.m. to check in and get ready to welcome our marchers. Marcher arrival time: Please arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The parade kicks off promptly at 11:00 a.m.

PARKING
Parade staging area streets will close at 8:30 a.m., so plan ahead! Recommended nearby parking:

  • Street parking is free on Sundays. You can park near the staging area, just be mindful that you will have to walk back after the parade is over. Make sure to observe no-parking and loading zones, too.
  • Arts District Garage – 431 W Main Street
  • Scissortail Lot – 20 SW 6th Street — You can also park near Scissortail Park and take the streetcar to the staging area.

STAY COOL & SAFE
It’s going to be hot, so please come prepared:

  • Wear your ACLU Pride t-shirt (if you were one of the first 80 to register). Any ACLU shirt would also be wonderful!
  • Use sunscreen – we’ll have some on hand, but feel free to bring your own
  • Stay hydrated – we’ll provide water and electrolytes, but we recommend bringing your own water bottle
  • We’ll have a truck available with seating in the back for anyone who cannot walk due to medical needs or disabilities

PARADE ROUTE
The parade starts at N. Walker & Couch Drive, heads south to OKC Boulevard, and continues east to Robinson. The entire walk is just under 1 mile long. We’ll exit the route near Robinson & OKC Blvd, with officers directing the flow.

PARADE AWARENESS
Please remember that anyone marching with the ACLU of Oklahoma is serving as a representative of our organization, and we have a strict non-engagement policy with protesters or anyone with an anti-ACLU message. This is for your safety. ACLU-OK staff will be present the entire time as well.

FINAL NOTES
We are so grateful that you are choosing to spend the OKC Pride Parade with ACLU-OK! This event is full of joy and community, and that wouldn't be possible without every person there. Please be patient upon arrival; it’ll be a busy morning, and we want everything to run as smoothly as possible. If you have any trouble finding our group, feel free to text 580-399-7063 for assistance.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and show up loud and proud for justice, equality, and community! 🏳️‍🌈

OKC Pride Parade 2026

We are ecstatic to have you join us, as we walk in the annual Oklahoma City Pride Parade on Sunday, June 28th. As you probably know, the work of the ACLU is now more critical than ever, and we want this year's parade group to be the biggest yet! Please complete the following registration form and we will be in contact with further details. The first 80 people to register are guaranteed to receive a free limited-edition ACLU of Oklahoma t-shirt. We do not have a max on how many people can walk with us, but we cannot guarantee t-shirts will be available. **Please submit one registration entry for every person (children too) that will be walking with us, so that we can have an accurate count for t-shirts and water.** If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Carly Heitland at cheitland@acluok.org.
