On October 8th, 2019, Tondalao Hall received a unanimous vote by the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board to recommend her for commutation to Governor Stitt. Tondalao, a domestic violence survivor, is serving a 30-year sentence for "failure to protect" — an excessive sentence often imposed on women in households with an abusive partner. To show your support for Tondalao and her fight for freedom, we are asking advocates to send letters to the Governor and encourage him to sign her commutation.

Examples letters are included on this page.
